Data Privacy Policy

Only the german version of the data privacy notice, so-called "Datenschutzerklärung", is mandatory. The english translation is provided only as a service for users and customers.

1. Collection of data
By visiting our website, the currently Login-Files like your IP address, date and time, browser type and operating system used as well as the pages you visited are automatically collected. Backtracking to personal data is not possible nor intended. You can obtain the information offered on the website anonymously.

2. Purpose of collecting, processing and use
The data under paragraph 1 are collected for statistical reasons and to optimise our website. Personal data are collected, processed and used solely for these purposes.

The personal data will be stored and processed on our own servers. The personal data will be released or transferred to third parties only if this is required to fulfill the above purposes.

We use "cookies" in order to provide an easier access to the required webpages and to optimise the offered information. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. 4. User rights
The user has the right provided by the German Federal Data Protection Act to inquire free of cost about the stored data and the rights to rectification, blocking or erasure of data. These rights are exercised by sending a message by regular mail or by e-mail to info@hopf-kunststoffe.de.

5. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google").
