Production

For the production we offer fifty injection moulding machines with partly different clamping pressure. According to the geometry of the injection moulded parts to the weight and to the size of these parts and to the material, we align the corresponding injection moulding machine. As an OEM producer for medical devices we produce especially for parenteral and enteral injection moulded parts for infusion, transfusion and special applications in very high volumes. The technical field comprises above all industrial products, safety products and consumer products. In the technical injection moulding field we offer special materials or very complex injection moulded geometry parts with different unscrewing threads and injection moulded parts combined with metal as inserts. In the medical and technical field for different application areas, Hopf products in injection moulding are of a very high quality level with very small measure tolerances and a very high level in surface finish.
